Here is a very inspiring Parkour / Freerunning video. some of these moves are new to me and I’ve never seen them before. these guys have a great flow and a lot of imagination, it’s amazing how you can have fun with barely anything.. some bars! a new video added to my playlist “Lovely style”.
Hmmmm Parkour? What can I say about this sport my friends and I discovered during winter while there was snow outside and we started practicing on April 2008. It’s been now 3 years I’m training and I’ll never stop because I got much of fun moving, jumping and adapting moves to the environment. I’m in love with discipline of Parkour; it’s a free and fun way to explore the world and develop your own style. You can have fun with barely anything : a piece of wall, bars, tree, police car[joke], at home with tables, beds, chairs and stuff when it’s raining outside :P .._anything! I remember when we (my brother and I) broke my parents bed while trying some front flips on it ]XD. You DON’T wanna see our parents’ reaction! :O My other brother(from another mother) Étienne was laughing at us when mommy was angry. He’s a Russian weird-o from Canada I met when I was 9. We are always goofing off somewhere and he’s the best weirdo I’ve ever met! So “Russian weird-o from Canada” was laughing cuz he understands key words from my language because I’m a Bulgarian from Bulgaria and we have similar words :P o-yea I’m Bulgarian and you can call me D-LAZ„ but I don’t know much of Bulgaria because my family and I left it when I was 8, my parents found work in Canada. soo we came to Can to hide from these nasty ungly bulgarians. And I dicovered Parkour in Can so we can say that it’s the best country in the world! [I’m totally sick, I should wash my brain a little].. SO I was 15 when a met the PK and it completely changed my way of thinking. My first Parkour experience was in downtown Montreal and I found it a little easy cuz I was always playing outside before, climbing on trees rocks and stuff. I knew it on the first day I got skills and potential for PK. Once I was addicted, I wanted to innovate and become stronger. I was thinking about it every day and wasn’t able to wait school to be over to go outside and run!
{ Right now I’m hearing my parents discussing in the kitchen; they’re sayin’ funneh things. they are like “Ooh watch out whut you’re eating, there’s muuch much calories in that!” it’s ridiculous to me cuz I never calculate how much calories I eat and I’m never fat. I can’t even imagine how will my life be if I was fatty-ass boy!! How can you let your body become fat?! it’s so simple to remain in shape! move, train, have fun„.. I remember a story about fatness people : there was a fat woman in the bus; she dropped a paper on the ground and she wasn’t even able to go get it because she was too fat! and meeh, evil D-LAZ next to her, instead of helping her I was watching her go cuz she was way to funny. If I was this woman and I had PK ambitions in my head I think I would jump off a building hoping not survive :P kidding. }
My very first training was at the YMCA with Mike (another Russian parkour guy) who was giving free courses„ yaah russian parkour bois they’re everywhere! He was a God for me, like the “amazing parkour ambassador”. I loved learning new stuff from him and I can say he introduced me to PK. this “Russian parkour guy” had contacts and he gave me the chance to meet PKQC, ppl from the Parkour community from Montreal city. Amazinn people! After that, I learned they had a website named www.pkqc.ca and on their website, i could find all info about trainings and meeting. And the most amazing thing was that everything was free, and I was so happy because I was just a little kid and I didn’t have money. Summer 2008 was the best summer of my life: practicing PK and learning new stuff almost every day. I can describe you every single day : pk, eat, sleep. Lots of fun. I didn’t really know why I was training for Parkour but I wasn’t thinking about anything else because I had fun doing it. That summer I met Kai, a monkey beast, Silex, an amazing monkey girl and DimMonk, the king of all the monkeys! They were giving trainings each saturday at the Olimpic Stadium and they were leading all the monkey community of Montreal. That’s how my monkey life started!
